Lisa Collier, a partner in Paul Hastings’ Global Finance practice, is based in New York.
Lisa represents leading commercial and investment banks on a broad range of U.S. and cross-border financing transactions. Drawing on extensive transactional experience spanning a variety of industries, she advises clients on leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions, acquisition and leveraged buyout financings, recapitalizations, bridge lending and loan commitments, as well as other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Lisa is a recognized thought leader in the finance industry, as highlighted by The Secured Lender in its Women in Secured Finance publication, which profiles “inspiring women who exemplify excellence and have distinguished themselves within the secured finance industry.”
