Paul Hastings Advises CIBC, DNB and NAB as Coordinated Lead Arrangers in $1.5 Billion Financing for Clearway Energy Group’s Swan Solar Energy Center

Paul Hastings LLP advised the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, DNB Bank ASA and National Australia Bank Limited, as coordinated lead arrangers, in the $1.5 billion construction financing for Clearway Energy Group’s Swan Energy Center, a 650MW solar facility on portions of formerly strip-mined land in northwestern Bates County, Missouri.
