FRANKFURT — Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, advised CONREN LAND on the acquisition of the Hamburg commercial property "Neuer Hafenklang"

CONREN Land has purchased the commercial property "Neuer Hafenklang", located not far from the Hamburg fish market on the harbor edge, from the B&L Group for a special fund set up and managed by CONREN Land.

The office building, completed in 2008, has rental area of around 4,700 square meters, part of which is constructed on a historic building from the Wilhelminian period that was once used as a stable for streetcar horses of the Hamburg Hafenbahn.
