Paul Hastings Advises Current on Its Series E Financing Led by Springcoast Partners

Paul Hastings LLP advised leading consumer fintech platform Current in connection with its $80 million Series E equity financing at a $1.5 billion valuation led by Springcoast Partners. The new capital will support continued investment in product innovation, AI-powered financial services and the expansion of Current's banking, payments, liquidity and credit offerings.
Partner Ian Engstrand led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Bill Schwab, Molly Swartz, Allyson Baker and Jason Ertel, of counsel Jordan Goldman, and associates Graham Rogers, Laura Jetter and Will Yu.
