Paul Hastings Advises Delton on US$423 Million Hong Kong IPO and Global Offering

Paul Hastings (Hong Kong) LLP advised Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. on its HK$3.31 billion (approximately US$423 million) global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1989.HKEX). Paul Hastings also assisted Delton in drafting the prospectus for its global offering and listing.
Delton primarily develops, manufactures and sells customized printed circuit boards for high-performance servers and other computing applications. Delton is currently listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (001389.SZ).
Founding partner and chair of Greater China Raymond Li, partner Steven Hsu and associate Jessica Lam led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Meiyi Li and Bonnie Liu, legal managers Nora Peng and Grace Zhao, and trainee solicitor Harry Poon.
