Paul Hastings LLP advised dss+, a leading provider of specialist operations management consulting services, in relation to its acquisition of Lauras International USA, a Chicago-based operations consulting firm specializing in rapid, sustainable productivity improvements.
M&A partners Jon Kubek and David Prowse led the Paul Hastings team, along with associates Anna Hardcastle, Rohin Ghosh Dastidar and Ian Chang. The team also included Tax partner Alex Farr and Employee Benefits partner Jason Ertel.
