Chicago – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, advised Fast Pace, a portfolio company of Revelstoke Capital Partners and a provider of outpatient healthcare services to rural communities, on its investment in First Care Clinics to expand its clinical footprint and increase access to care for underserved populations.

The combination results in a multi-specialty provider of rural healthcare and value-based care population health management services through a network of over 200 clinics serving over three million annual patient visits across the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Indiana, and Alabama.

Private Equity and M&A Partner Kelly Padgett led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Tax partner Jim Smulkowski, and associate Aliya Brown, with assistance from Paul Hastings’ Transactional Services Center.
