Paul Hastings Advises Financing Sources for Gibraltar's $1.3 Billion Acquisition of OmniMax

Paul Hastings LLP represented the financing sources for Gibraltar Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: ROCK) in a $1.335 billion definitive agreement to acquire OmniMax International.
