Paul Hastings Advises Financing Sources for Warburg Pincus’ Majority Investment in Park Place Technologies

Paul Hastings LLP represented the financing sources for Warburg Pincus and its portfolio company, Service Express, in a majority investment in Park Place Technologies, a global provider of data center services.
