Paul Hastings Advises Financing Sources in TPG’s $1.1 Billion Acquisition of Sabre’s Hospitality Solutions Business Unit

Paul Hastings LLP represented the financing sources for TPG’s (NASDAQ: TPG) $1.1 billion acquisition of Sabre Corporation’s (NASDAQ: SABR) Hospitality Solutions business unit, forming the standalone company Hospitality Solutions, a leading provider of hospitality technology. The transaction closed on July 7, 2025.
