Paul Hastings Advises Founder of Albaron on Weinberg Capital Partners’ Investment

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Charles-Antoine de Fontenay, founder of Albaron, a leading player in evaluation and quality audit, on Weinberg Capital Partners’ investment in the company. The transaction aims to support Albaron in the creation of a multi-expertise platform in the testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) sector.

Private Equity partner Charles Cardon led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Amaury Steinlin and Bertrand Sabathier.
