Paul Hastings Advises Groq on Its $650 Million Fundraise to Expand AI Inference Cloud

Paul Hastings LLP advised Groq, a global leader in AI inference, in connection with its $650 million fundraise in new growth capital to accelerate the expansion of its AI inference cloud.

Partners David Ambler and Ian Engstrand led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Alex Farr, of counsel Mary Wilbourn and associates Kristen Casey, Laura Jetter, Graham Rogers and Amaan Shaikh.

Last year, Paul Hastings advised Groq on its nonexclusive licensing agreement with Nvidia for Groq’s inference technology.
