Paul Hastings Advises Guggenheim Investments on $235 Million Private Credit Financing for Wire 3

Paul Hastings LLP advised Guggenheim Investments on $235 million in new private credit financing for Wire 3, a Florida-based 100% fiber internet provider. The funds will be used to help expand Florida’s fiber internet infrastructure.

Global Finance co-chair Jennifer Yount and partner Christopher Ross led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Daniel Nicholas, of counsel Marina Begun and John Gasparini and associates Emmanuel Davis, Carter Farrell and Shannon Sylvester.
