Paul Hastings Advises HIG Capital on Its Sale of Minority Stake in myKaarma Portfolio Company to Warburg Pincus

Paul Hastings LLP advised HIG Capital, a leading alternative investment firm, in its sale of a minority stake in its portfolio company, myKaarma, a leading provider of end-to-end service lane solutions for automotive dealerships, to Warburg Pincus.
