Paul Hastings Advises Initial Purchasers in $750 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised BofA Securities Inc., Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Natixis Securities Americas LLC as initial purchasers in connection with Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A.’s offering of $750 million 8.500% senior secured notes due 2032 and dealer managers in connection with Volcan's offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding 8.750% senior secured notes due 2030 and solicitation of consents to amend the 2030 notes.
