Paul Hastings LLP is advising Jaguar Global Growth Corporation I (Nasdaq: JGGC, JGGCR, and JGGCW) in its pending business combination with GLAAM, Co., Ltd., a Korean designer and manufacturer of architectural display glass. As a result of the business combination, GLAAM and Jaguar Global shareholders will exchange their shares for shares in a new combined company that will have an estimated post-transaction enterprise value of $309 million.
