Paul Hastings Advises Jeffries on Azul’s $525 Million Superpriority Notes Issuance

Paul Hastings LLP advised Jeffries as placement agent in the issuance of $525 million in aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Superpriority Notes due 2030 by Azul Secured Finance LLP, a subsidiary of Azul S.A., the largest airline in Brazil by number of departures and cities served.
