  • Representation of Metalsa, S.A. de C.V., a leading manufacturer of automotive parts in Latin America and the United States, in an international offering of guaranteed Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes.

  • Representation of Bitso SAPI de CV, the largest cryptocurrency platform in Latin America, in connection with an equity financing.

  • Representation of an ad hoc group of secured noteholders in the chapter 11 cases of Avianca.

  • Representation of Barclays Natural Resource Investments in connection with its sponsorship of Southern Peaks to acquire, own, and operate mining assets in Peru.

  • Representation of Itiquira Acquisition Corp., a Latin America-focused special-purpose acquisition company, in its initial public offering.

  • Representation of EIG Global Energy Partners on its agreement with Fluxys, the Belgian gas infrastructure group, for the sale of a 27.5% stake in Transportadora Brasileira Gasduto Bolívia-Brasil S.A.

  • Representation of Colombia's Conconcreto and France’s Vinci Highways in the synthetic Colombian Peso, non-recourse bridge loan financing for the 145km (90.1-mile) Bogotá–Girardot toll road project.

  • Representation of EnfraGen Energía Sur, S.A.U., Prime Energía SpA, and EnfraGen Spain, S.A.U., in their issuance of US$710 million 5.375% senior secured notes pursuant to Rule 144A/Regulation S, combined with a pari passu US$1.05 billion bank debt.

  • Representation of Barrick Gold in numerous FCPA-related investigations in Latin America. These include DOJ & SEC investigations arising out of Chile, and Papua New Guinea (PNG) following whistleblower complaints, resulting in complete declinations.
