Paul Hastings advised Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited as joint sponsors in connection with the spin-off and separate listing of Super Hi International Holding Ltd (“Super Hi”) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 9658.HK). The listing of Super Hi was completed by way of introduction following the spin-off from Haidilao International Holdings Ltd (“Haidilao”) (stock code: 6862.HK).
