Paul Hastings LLP advised JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as sole left lead arranger and administrative agent on a $1.9 billion asset-based revolving credit facility provided to Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC), a diversified healthcare services company headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
