Paul Hastings Advises Keensight Capital in Acquisition of Bedfont Scientific

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Keensight Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Bedfont Scientific, a U.K.-based designer and manufacturer of non-invasive breath analysis medical devices for professional distribution.

The Paul Hastings team included partners Jamie Holdoway, Olivier Deren and Nina Moffat and associates Ray Aryal, Jee Yoon Chung, Frederick Howell and Hugh Odone.
