Paul Hastings Advises Keensight Capital in Isto Group Acquisition

Paul Hastings LLP advised Keensight Capital, one of the leading European growth buyout firms, in its platform acquisition of Isto Group Inc., a regenerative MedTech company developing and manufacturing orthobiologic products to help patients heal faster.
