Paul Hastings Advises Kerzner International on Acquisition of 43,000+ Square-Foot Property in Florida

Paul Hastings LLP advised Kerzner International, an independent developer and operator of luxury hospitality and residential properties, on its acquisition of a more than 43,000 square-foot (0.991 acre) property in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The acquired land comprises the northernmost parcel located within the Brickell City Centre Special Area Plan. Kerzner plans to build a SIRO-branded hotel and residential condominium on the property, which will be an immersive-lifestyle destination with a focus on transformative-wellness experiences.

Paul Hastings concurrently advised Kerzner on the signing of a development management agreement with 13^th Floor Investments, a boutique investment and development firm focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate investments in Florida and the southeast U.S.
