Paul Hastings Advises KeyBanc Capital Markets and Other Partners on $356 Million Financing for Repowering of Exus Renewables Wind Projects

Paul Hastings LLP advised KeyBanc Capital Markets, along with other partners, as coordinating lead arranger in the $356 million construction financing for the repowering of Exus Renewables North America’s two Pennsylvania wind energy projects: the Cambria Wind Farm and the Highland North Wind Farm.
Partner David Avila led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Brad Ritter, of counsel Vince El Hayek and Mehran Massih, and associates Clarence Hawkes III, Sohail Khan and Jonathan Obeda.
