Paul Hastings Advises Mubadala Capital in Connection With Crusoe’s $1.375 Billion Series E Funding

Paul Hastings LLP advised Mubadala Capital as co-lead investor in Crusoe’s $1.375 billion oversubscribed Series E funding round. The latest round brings Crusoe’s expected valuation to more than $10 billion and will be used to scale the company’s integrated AI infrastructure platform.
