Paul Hastings Advises Nokia on Spin-Out of Its Space Communication Solutions Business

Paul Hastings LLP, as U.S. counsel, advised Nokia on a business combination agreement with a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The transaction will result in the listing of Nokia Oyj’s Space Communication Solutions business, Modul8, which currently operates as part of Nokia Bell Labs. Following the completion of the transaction, the listed entity will continue operations under the name Modul8 Corporation.
