Paul Hastings Advises on Hana Bank’s Issuance of $600 Million Dual-Tranche Green Notes

Paul Hastings LLP acted as sole international counsel in connection with Hana Bank’s issuance of $300 million 4.000% Senior Unsecured Green Notes due in 2030 and $300 million Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Green Notes due in 2028 under its Global Medium Term Note Programme on Oct. 21, 2025. The offering was conducted in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Notes were listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, MUFG Securities Asia Limited and Standard Chartered Bank acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
Paul Hastings also assisted Hana Bank and dealers with the update of Hana Bank’s $10 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme, which was completed on Sept. 29, 2025.
