Paul Hastings LLP is advising Operadora de Servicios Mega, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.R., a Mexican specialty finance company headquartered in Guadalajara, in a capped tender offer for its outstanding 8.250% Senior Notes due 2025. With the dealer managers Goldman Sachs and HSBC, the tender offer represents an opportunity for the company to capitalize on current market conditions that have depressed international bond prices in the Latin American non-bank financial institution sector.
