Paul Hastings Advises Paladin Capital on the Sale of IriusRisk to ThreatModeler

Paul Hastings LLP advised Paladin Capital in the sale of its portfolio company IriusRisk to ThreatModeler, a portfolio company of Invictus Growth Partners. As part of the transaction, Paladin Capital also rolled equity and invested additional capital in the combined business.
Private Equity partner Josh Ratner led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Jason Ertel, Alex Farr and Sarah Gagan; of counsel Quinn Dang; and associates Josh Troper, Mark Cramer, Eden Lichaw, Jesse Schley and Zane Rashdan.
