Paul Hastings Advises Reprise Financial on Inaugural Securitization

Paul Hastings LLP advised Skopos Financial LLC (dba Reprise Financial) in the issuance of its inaugural securitization (RFIN 2026-1) of secured and unsecured personal loans. The initial purchasers were Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Natixis Securities Americas LLC.
