Paul Hastings Advises Star Asia Group on Agreement to Enter Capital and Business Alliance With Mizuho Leasing Group

Paul Hastings LLP advised Star Asia Group on signing a capital and business alliance agreement with Mizuho Leasing Company Limited and ML Estate Company Limited whereby an affiliate of Mizuho Leasing will acquire a minority equity position in Star Asia Group upon closing.

Star Asia Group is a leading private real estate investment management group headquartered in Tokyo, advising multiple private funds and a listed REIT that invest in Japanese real estate-related opportunities. Paul Hastings has represented Star Asia Group in fund formations, fund financings and related transactions for more than a decade.
