Paul Hastings Advises STG on Acquisition of Carrier Logistics

Paul Hastings LLP advised STG, a private equity firm focused on software, data and analytics, in connection with the acquisition of Carrier Logistics Inc., the premier provider of transportation management software for less-than-truckload carriers.
