Paul Hastings Advises TCW on Its $300 Million Transaction With Fidelity Bancorp Funding

Paul Hastings LLP advised TCW on its $300 million transaction with Fidelity Bancorp Funding, involving the purchase and financing of a diversified pool of first-lien real estate loans. This transaction represents the largest investment to-date for TCW’s ABF strategy. 

Asset-Backed Finance partner Matthew Nemeth led the Paul Hastings team, which also included ABF associate Graham Rotenberg, real estate partner Jason Stratmoen and associate Florence Noorinejad, and tax partner Daniel Nicholas.
