Paul Hastings Advises TD Cowen as Sole Book-Running Manager for PMV Pharma’s Public Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised TD Cowen as the sole book-running manager for PMV Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s (Nasdaq: PMVP) $50 million public offering. The underwritten public offering consists of (i) 22,055,000 shares of common stock and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase an aggregate of up to 19,900,000 shares of common stock, and (ii) accompanying warrants to purchase an aggregate of 41,955,000 shares of common stock.
