Paul Hastings Advises the Underwriters in $600 Million Notes Offering by Mattel

Paul Hastings LLP advised the underwriters in connection with Mattel’s (Nasdaq: MAT) SEC-registered offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% notes due 2030. The offering closed on Nov. 17, 2025.
