Paul Hastings Advises Trinidad Generation Unlimited on $525 Million Notes Issuance and Concurrent Tender Offer

Paul Hastings LLP advised Trinidad Generation Unlimited (TGU) on its issuance of $525 million aggregate principal amount of 7.750% senior notes due 2033 and a concurrent tender offer for TGU’s 5.250% senior unsecured notes due November 4, 2027.

TGU owns and operates a 720 MW net capacity combined-cycle natural gas-fired power plant, which is currently the largest power generation plant in Trinidad and Tobago in terms of supplied electricity.
