Paul Hastings Advises Vector Capital Management on Its Agreement to Acquire Suite of Corel’s Software Brands

Paul Hastings LLP advised Vector Capital Management L.P., a leading private equity firm specializing in technology investments, on a definitive agreement to acquire Corel Corporation’s portfolio of creativity and productivity software and related brands.
Private Equity partner Dana Kromm and associate Erica Lee led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Private Equity associate Maggie Chou, M&A associate Anna Hardcastle, Tax partner Lucas Rachuba and associate Kelsey Massey, Global Finance partner Rachel Gray-Pundir, and Private Equity associates Deyvid Madzharov and Ajmal Zanher.
