Paul Hastings Advises Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. II on Its Upsized $230 Million IPO

Paul Hastings LLP advised Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. II (Nasdaq: VHCPU) on its upsized $230 million initial public offering of 23,000,000 units. The offering closed on Dec. 19, 2025.
The firm previously advised Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. on its IPO in September 2024.
Partner Jonathan Ko led the Paul Hastings team, which included of counsel Ryan Brewer and associates Tyler Penta and Ruonan Song.
