Paul Hastings Advises Vision Group and Quadrum Capital on Acquisition of Sensee Group

Paul Hastings LLP advised Vision Group and its reference shareholder Quadrum Capital on the acquisition of the Sensee Group from the Heron Group.

The Sensee Group, a leading player in online contact lens sales, will thereby join Vision Group’s pan-European platform, which is already established in Switzerland and the Benelux region.

Corporate partner Olivier Deren led the Paul Hastings team, which included partners Stéphane Henry and Benoît Thirion, of counsel Charlotte Dupont and associates Adèle Patinier and Alexandre Ruiz.
