Paul Hastings Advises Wyoming Stable Token Commission on Creation of First Government-Issued Stable Token in the US

Paul Hastings LLP advised the Wyoming Stable Token Commission on the creation of Frontier Stable Token, or FRNT, the first fiat-backed, fully reserved stable token issued by a public entity in the United States. FRNT is designed to provide secure, transparent and efficient digital transactions for individuals, businesses and institutions.
Co-chair of the Fintech practice Eric Sibbitt led the Paul Hastings team, which included associates Andrew Nizamian and Lisa Rubin.
