Paul Hastings LLP is representing Goldman Sachs and Citi on providing committed financing to support a BlackRock Global Infrastructure Partners and EQT-led consortium’s $10.7 billion ($33.4 billion including debt) acquisition of AES Corporation (NYSE: AES).
