Paul Hastings Continues Expansion in Boston

BOSTON – Continuing to build its Boston presence, Paul Hastings LLP today announced the addition of partner Benjamin Stein.

Joining from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he led the corporate and business transactions practice in Boston, Stein advises public and private companies on corporate transactional matters, including registered securities offerings and private equity and debt financings. He has extensive experience representing both companies and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions and counsels public companies on securities disclosure issues, corporate governance matters, compliance issues and reporting obligations.

Stein’s clients have included Ankyra Therapeutics, Care Access Research, Reify Health, Replimune Group and other private and public biotechnology and technology companies, as well as controlling and minority owners across established and emerging professional sports leagues in the U.S. and abroad.

Stein bolsters a rapidly growing Emerging Companies and Venture Capital platform that has seen strategic additions, including Ian Engstrand, Seo Salimi and Will Magioncalda from Goodwin Procter in Boston and New York; James Huie and Mike Pestana from Wilson Sonsini in San Francisco and Palo Alto; and David Ambler and a team from Cooley in Palo Alto.
