Century City – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented The Agency, a global, boutique real estate brokerage, in its acquisition of Triplemint, a software-powered real estate brokerage that makes it easier for people to buy, sell, and rent properties.
The Agency, best known for its appearances on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” and “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” has also completed a substantial outside fundraising round.
The partnership between The Agency and Triplemint will combine two industry leaders under The Agency Brand.
