Paul Hastings’ representation of Temasek in its participation in a consortium with MBK Partners for the US$6 billion acquisition of Tesco’s Homeplus secured the Korea Deal of the Year and M&A Deal of the Year (Premium) on ALB Korea Law Awards. Daniel Kim of Korea office plays a lead role in this transaction.
