Lauren Howells is an associate in the Employment Department of Paul Hastings based in the firm’s London office.
Lauren advises U.K. and international clients across various sectors, including insurance, financial services and manufacturing.
Her practice spans a wide range of contentious and noncontentious employment matters, including employment contracts, workplace disputes and dismissals, handbooks and policies, employment tribunals, and High Court litigation. She also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, global and U.K. restructurings and redundancies, and multijurisdictional projects. Additionally, Lauren offers strategic guidance to companies navigating recent and upcoming changes in employment law, ensuring compliance and helping clients adapt to evolving legal landscapes.
