Overview
Lindsay Sparks is partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings. Ms. Sparks focuses her practice on leveraged finance and other debt capital market transactions. She has particular experience representing borrowers in secured lending matters, including asset based and reserve-based revolving credit facilities, term loan facilities, acquisition financings, cash-flow and margin stock loans, second lien and subordinated debt facilities, private debt offerings, and other corporate and real estate financings (both secured and unsecured).
Ms. Sparks has significant transactional experience in a variety of industries, including the energy sector and technology and software sector. Ms. Sparks also has extensive experience in healthcare, datacenters, retail, manufacturing, agriculture, ski resorts and transportation and distribution industries and cross-border transactions.
