Paul Hastings Advises STG in Definitive Agreement to Purchase Yodlee

Paul Hastings LLP advised STG, a private equity firm specializing in investments in software, data and analytics companies, on a definitive agreement to purchase Yodlee, Inc., the open finance and analysis subsidiary of Envestnet, Inc. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
