Maximilian Diehl is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.

His practice focuses on all aspects of German business and corporate law. He advises corporate clients, private equity and venture capital funds as well as other financial investors on national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and restructurings.
