Mehdi Ezzher is an associate in the Tax Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Paris office.

Mehdi works alongside French and international companies, as well as private equity funds. His practice focuses on general corporate taxation and tax structuring of M&A transactions. He also provides day-to-day tax assistance for companies (including tax audits) and advises managers on the sale of their companies and on the implementation of incentives (management package).

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mehdi was a tax intern in several international law firms in Paris.
