Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised EQT, a global investment organization with €232 billion in total assets under management, in the acquisition by a consortium, made of Believe Founder and CEO Denis Ladegaillerie, EQT and TCV, of a 71.92% block to be followed by a tender offer to acquire 100% of French listed company Believe’s capital, valuing the company at €1.52 billion.
